INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO HOTEL HILTON AT EMBASSY GOLF LINKS, BANGALORE
Industrial Visits provide students with a firsthand experience of the hospitality industry. They get to see how hotels operate, interact with industry professionals, and observe various operational departments in action. Students learn about the latest trends, best practices, and operational procedures followed in hotels. This knowledge is valuable for understanding the industry’s standards and expectations.
Industrial visits offer students a chance to network with professionals working in hotels. They can ask questions, seek advice, and build connections that may lead to internships, job opportunities, or mentorship in the future.
A Hotel Visit to Hilton Embassy Golf Link, Bangalore was organized for the Second Semester BHM students on 3rd May 2024.
The objective of the visit was to understand the detailed operational aspects of a hotel concerning Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service, Food and Beverage Production, Concierge, Laundry, and allied Departments of the hotel.
After a brief Orientation by the Training Department, the students were taken on a familiarization trip to explain in detail every department. An Interactive Session with the hotel personnel helped the students understand all aspects of the operations.
